Oreine Robinson (she/her/her’s) is a theatre artist and lyricist currently based in Boston, MA. An true small town girl, Oreine grew up in Scotland Neck, NC, a town with a rumored greater horse to human ratio. After moving to Winston-Salem, NC in the 6th grade, Oreine followed her older sister’s footsteps and joined the drama club at her middle school. While her older sister quickly dropped out, Oreine knew instantly she found her tribe and craft. In the 7th grade Oreine joined the North Carolina’s Black Repertory Company’s Teen Ensemble lead by Tony award winner, Mable Robinson.
